Celebrate Pride month in Austin at parties, bar crawls and family-friendly events
June is Pride Month, and while Austin has its official celebration in August when university students are back in town, there are still plenty of pride events to enjoy this month.
From bar crawls to family events to music festivals, here are some events to check out this Pride Month:
June 4: UMLAUF After Dark: Pride
When: June 4 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Where: UMLAUF Sculpture Garden + Museum at 605 Azie Morton Road

June 8: St. Elmo Pride Party
When: June 8 from 6 to 10 p.m.
Where: St. Elmo Brewing Company at 440 E Saint Elmo Road G-2
What: A free party with merchandise from Little Gay Shop and performances from Louisianna Purchase, Mandy Quinn and Tatiana Cholula.
June 9: Family Day: Pride
When: June 9 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Where: UMLAUF Sculpture Garden + Museum at 605 Azie Morton Road
What: A free family event featuring a drag show, story time, crafts, sculpture searches, gender-affirming hair accessories and more.
June 9: Pride Market
When: June 9 from noon to 4 p.m.
Where: Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches at 3220 Manor Road
What: A free pop-up market featuring local artists, tie-dye station and live music.
June 13: Austin Pride Trail Run/Hike
When: June 13 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Where: 1601 Spyglass Drive
What: A two to four mile out and back trail run with minimal hills and queer community.
June 14: Pride Bingo & Mingle
When: June 14 from 7 to 10 p.m.
Where: Captain Quackenbush's Coffeehouse at 5326 Menchaca Road
What: An all-ages, bingo event with prizes and drink specials.
June 15: Diva's Drag Brunch
When: June 15 from 12:30-2:30 p.m.
Where: Blue Lacy Austin at 1825 McBee St.
What: A drag brunch with $10 or $30 for admission plus a bottle of prosecco.
June 15: Pride Silent Disco
When: June 15 from 7 to 9 p.m.

What: A free event for ages 13 and older featuring Queer Vinyl Collective DJs.
June 15: Still Austin Pride Party
When: June 15 from 3 to 9 p.m.

What: A free party with a DJ, drag show, live band and whiskey from the distillery.
June 22: Austin Official Pride Bar Crawl
When: June 22 from 4 to 10 p.m.

What: A featuring a free after party, exclusive drink specials, waived cover at venues and more.
June 23: Disco Pride Flow
When: June 23 from noon to 1 p.m.

What: An upbeat yoga class with going to Equality Texas.
June 29: Taylor Pride
